So police work with Saturday's football match in Norrköping.
Tomorrow at 15:00, IFK Norrköping will host visiting Malmö FF in Allsvenskan at Platinumcars Arena. A lot of people will be moving around in the city and around the arena before and after the match. The match will cause traffic disruption on streets near the arena, along Södra promenaden and down to the public transportation center. It may take a bit longer than usual to get around. If you can, it would be a good idea to leave your car at home and instead walk, cycle or take public transport to and from the arena.
Some areas in central Norrköping may be temporarily closed to reduce the risk of disorderly conduct. The police will also have UAS (drones) active near the arena to have a good overview from the air.
We would like to remind you that the use of pyrotechnics is illegal. Additionally, wearing masks at sports events is also prohibited by law. If the current laws and regulations are not followed, and you participate in criminal acts or other disorderly conduct in connection with the match, you risk being apprehended and banned from future sports events.
The police are working to ensure that the event is a pleasant and safe experience for all visitors.
