The police are alerted to a person having been shot at a sports hall complex in Solberga, where a football match is taking place, and several patrols are ordered to the scene.
The person is seriously injured and is first treated at the scene by members of the public, then by the police and ambulance staff. 
The perpetrator has fled the scene and a manhunt is underway – during the search, several people found in the area are checked.
The football match was being played in a different hall from the one where the shooting took place, but this means there are many people at the location who must be let out in a controlled manner.
