A pub on Kungsholmen has turned away a drunk guest who then is seen getting into a car and driving away from the scene. The police start looking for the car which is found at Haga Norra where it is stopped.
The driver is a man in his 40s who becomes suspected of drunk driving and is apprehended since there is a flight risk. 
A passenger in the car is taken into custody with the support of the LOB (law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons).
