The police are alerted that a security guard is trying to hold a person on the ground at the same time as another person intervenes. More security guards arrive at the scene and the people are apprehended. 
After the police take over, the person who was lying on the ground, a woman in her 30s, is suspected of violent resistance and assault on a public official.
The person who intervened, a man in his 30s, is suspected of threatening a public official. 
At the same time, a security guard is reported for assault on the woman, who is the victim.
