A driver is suspected of a crime in the vicinity of Norra Backa.
A police patrol stops and checks a car on E16 near Norra Backa. The driver, a 25-year-old man, shows clear signs of being under the influence of narcotics and he gets to ride with the patrol for a blood test.
The result of the test will show if he has committed driving under the influence of narcotics as well as minor narcotics offenses through personal use.
