The incident will involve a collision between two passenger cars. Two people will be involved, both are out of their respective vehicles. There are initially no reports of personal injuries. The cars are badly damaged and there is significant traffic disruption. Police are on the scene to, among other things, assist rescue personnel and direct traffic.
