The public observing a private car with a driver who has driven very erratically and wobbly on E 22 northbound near Kristianstad. The police get the car stopped on E22 at the height of the exit to Norra Åsum. At the control of the driver a suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs arises. A man born in 98 is taken in for further blood sampling.

A report of driving under the influence of drugs and minor narcotics personal use is drawn up.
