According to initial reports, a passenger car skidded off the road. The driver is said to be awake and responsive.

Police are on their way and are dealing with the incident.

The Swedish Transport Administration’s website says the accident is having a minor impact on traffic, but that there is a risk of difficult road conditions at the scene.

Two passenger cars were involved in the accident. According to initial reports, it was a minor collision that occurred during an overtaking manoeuvre. 

The driver of the car that went into the ditch has been taken for medical care. Any questions about the extent of the injuries should be directed to the region. At present, there is no information that anyone else has been injured.

Police work on the incident is ongoing.
