During the morning, graffiti was found on a wall of a school in Lindesberg Municipality. The graffiti was considered to have a threatening message, whereupon the police were ordered to the scene for an assessment. A report regarding vandalism was drawn up, but we want to be clear that the police's overall situation picture states that the message is not serious or credible. There is no danger to students or staff, and operations are proceeding as usual.

We have been present at the school during the day in a security-creating purpose, in case students or guardians have questions or concerns. We are also cooperating with the relevant school in the matter. 

We urge everyone not to spread rumors or unconfirmed information, but instead turn to the school's management or the police with questions and concerns.
