Two groups of young men in Hjulsta backar have equipped themselves with sticks and a confrontation appears to be underway. Several patrols are ordered to the location and despite some having run away, eight men in their early twenties are found who are being checked. All are suspected of attempted assault. One of the men is also suspected of narcotics offense own use and must follow along for testing.
