Reports come in that a person is trying to get into a garage complex in the west of Örebro. Police patrols ordered to the scene meet a man in his 30s and the level of influence on the man is such that an assessment is made that he is not capable of taking care of himself. A takeover in accordance with the LOB, the law on takeover, is decided.
The man will be allowed to sober up under the supervision of staff, and the man will be interrogated in connection with the suspicion directed against him.
