A woman was sitting in a power wheelchair when a driver ran into the woman. The woman falls to the ground and complains of pain. 
The healthcare has checked the woman who does not have any acute healthcare needs. The driver is at fault for the accident and it is a 60-year-old woman. The classification of the case has not yet been determined.

The classification in the case after consultation with the on-duty commanding officer will not be observed traffic duty.
