A police patrol spots a driver who is driving on the wrong side of the road, the driver tries to drive away from the police patrol and then crashes into a fence on a residential property.

The driver, a man in his 18th year, shows signs of being intoxicated and blows positively in the police's breathalyzer instrument. He is taken along for further testing.

The man also lacks a driver's license.

He is now suspected of drunk driving, unauthorized driving, and reckless driving.
