The driver of a car noted a car swerving along county road 664 at Lillerud and called the police about suspected drunk driving. The driver then chose to roll along in order to be able to inform the police about the suspected drunk driver's position. The police patrol that was able to stop the swerving car on E18 in Karlstad thanks to the witness could confirm that there was reason to suspect as the driver blew positively in the breathalyzer. The driver, a 70-year-old woman, is now suspected of gross drunk driving. The woman was so impaired that she was also taken into custody according to the Law on the Taking into Custody of an Intoxicated Person.
