A driver is suspected of a crime in the city centre.
A police patrol stops and checks a private car and upon checking the driver, a 25-year-old man, they suspect that he is under the influence of narcotics.
The man is allowed to ride with the patrol for a blood test and the result of the test will show if he has committed a crime.
