A member of the public notices a person who has just got out of a car and then starts dancing beside it in Ängsgärdet, Västerås.

The caller suspects that the person is under the influence of something and therefore calls the police.

Police are dispatched to the scene, where a man and a woman in their 20s are found near the car.  

Both the woman and the man are suspected of drug offences, namely use and possession, and both are taken in for a bodily examination.
