Police are on the scene at Stortorget to apprehend a man who is intoxicated. At the point of intervention, suspicion arises of drug influence, and when the man is supposed to be taken in for a drug test, he puts up resistance.

The man, who is in his 20s, is suspected of minor drug offenses - personal use, as well as violent resistance. After the drug test, he is apprehended due to his intoxication.
