The lorry is said to have veered off the road and was also close to colliding with other road users. The lorry swings into a parking bay, whereupon the traffic warden and another driver position themselves in front of and behind the lorry to prevent further progress. The police arrive at the scene. The lorry driver, who is suspected of having driven under the influence of alcohol, is taken in for a body search.
