A police patrol stops and checks a private car and upon checking the driver, a man in his 30s, they suspect that he is under the influence of narcotics.

He is allowed to ride with the patrol for a blood test and the result of the test will show if he has committed a crime.

The man also had a small amount of suspected narcotics on him and is also suspected of minor narcotics crime through possession.
