At lunchtime, the police were alerted to a traffic accident on Rådhusgatan/Tullgatan in Östersund's city center. A car and three pedestrians are said to have been involved.

The police have worked on the case and, among other things, held interrogations. There is no information on how many people were taken to medical care. The extent of the damage is also unknown.

The police are to investigate the cause of the accident.
