Emergency alarm reports that it is smoke-filled in a stairwell in a multi-family house. There is no information that it is on fire.

The police are on the scene and they have located an apartment from which it is smoking. Residents of the current apartment have taken themselves out of the apartment.

There is no information, at present, that anyone is injured.
