Under the viaduct on E18 at Rosenkälla, a disabled car is standing. The car is traffic hazardous, but instead of setting up a warning triangle, the driver sits down and smokes.

The driver is a 50-year-old man and after being checked by the police, he is suspected of drunk driving. The car is towed away from the scene and the driver is taken in by the police for a blood test.
