The driver is stopped for inspection a short while later on E4 just south of Umeå.

The vehicle has been reported stolen in Skellefteå and suspicion arises that the driver, a man in his mid-30s who lacks a driver's license, is under the influence of alcohol and narcotics. He is apprehended and accompanies for blood testing. An interrogation will be held after he has sobered up.

The car is seized and the owner is contacted.

A report regarding the seizure of means of transportation, gross drunken driving, and unauthorized driving will be drawn up.

After the interrogation, the prosecutor will make a decision on whether the man should be detained.
