Police are sent to a residence on Lottas Street due to a report of a rowdy youth party. According to initial reports, a dozen people are in a fight and a boy in his upper teens is said to have been struck with a blunt instrument. 

The complainant is taken to hospital by ambulance. A report is filed for assault, vandalism and gross theft. No suspect is currently in custody.
