A 75-year-old woman is called by an unknown person who claims to be calling from an electronics store about a purchase she did not make and they claim they want to help her cancel the purchase. In the next step, the person claims to be calling from a bank and gets her to identify herself with her mobile BankID.

The scammers get around 25,000 kronor from her bank account. The police are investigating the incident as a case of fraud.
