Police alarm in central Östersund where a man is alleged to have assaulted another man.

The suspected man has left the scene. He is identified via the police's surveillance cameras.

The man, who is in his 35-year-old, is found by a patrol and is allowed to accompany for questioning.

A report is filed regarding minor assault.
