A male driver in his 30s is stopped in Kyrkbyn due to the fact that he does not have the right to operate the current vehicle. The patrol took several investigative measures such as a report and interrogation according to Faster prosecution.

However, an hour later, the patrol notes that the man is driving a vehicle once again, this time on Highway 70. A new stop is carried out and he is given suspicion of gross unauthorized driving.

The vehicle was seized according to 7 § TCO to prevent further travel and further criminal activity. The suspect was given voluntary transport home by the patrol.
