In height with Sannarp in Halmstad, a bus meets a stone that someone has thrown from the viaduct.

The stone goes through the window on the upper deck of the bus and according to reports, the stone is said to have just missed a passenger. A police patrol is searching the area but finds no one who can be suspected of throwing the stone. A report is made via 114 14 and the crime it can refer to is vandalism and causing danger to another.

Friday morning, there were three similar incidents where someone or several people have thrown objects at passing vehicles at another viaduct in Halmstad. We have received witness statements and we assess the investigation situation as good. At least one of the incidents has been reclassified from vandalism and causing danger to another to attempted serious assault.

The police will have increased surveillance and patrols at exposed locations along E6 in Halmstad over the weekend. If you see something that appears suspicious, contact the police on 114 14 or 112 if it's urgent.
