According to initial reports, something is said to have exploded inside the stairwell.

No person is said to have been injured, but the stairwell is filled with smoke and several people have inhaled smoke. The people are being checked by ambulance on site.

The police have set up a cordon to be able to conduct a technical investigation of the site. Residents of the house will be temporarily relocated.

Update 00.07: The incident is being investigated as a case of general destruction, as well as a crime involving hazardous and explosive materials. At present, no person is suspected.

A technical investigation of the site will be conducted.

Update 00.40: The police are working, among other things, to interview witnesses and secure tracks on the site. The national bomb protection unit has been contacted to investigate what exploded.
