Police are on the scene to ensure that the public gathering can be carried out in calm and orderly forms. Dialogue has been established with representatives for the demonstrators. The mood is said to be calm. 

The public gathering is not permit-approved, but is nonetheless covered by the constitutionally protected freedom of assembly. The organiser, if such can be identified, can however be reported for a breach of the law on public order.
