A driver noted a car on Tycho Hedéns street that was being driven without headlights and contacted the police command center. A police patrol stopped the car, which was being driven by a man in his mid-20s. The car lacked functioning headlights both front and rear.

The man lacked a driver's license and was suspected of gross unauthorized driving, several other traffic offenses, and violations of the knife law.
