November 20, 17.04, Traffic accident, Emmaboda

A bus with 20 passengers has slid off road 541 at Emmabo, Emmaboda. The bus has a strong tilt but has not overturned. None of the passengers are injured but have been ordered to sit still and have their seatbelts on so that the bus does not overturn. Police, ambulance and rescue services are on the scene as well as a wrecker.

Update 18:32: A wrecker is on the scene and is starting to secure the bus. The passengers will then be evacuated one by one in an orderly and cautious manner. Estimated time to evacuate and tow the bus is approximately 2 hours.
