Staff at the school alerted that a toilet at the school had caught fire and that the school had been evacuated pending the arrival of the fire department.

When the fire department arrived, the fire was no longer burning, but parts of the school were filled with smoke. The police have been on site for documentation/crime scene investigation. A report regarding damage caused by fire will be drawn up.

The assessment was that there was no risk of spread. Had there been, the charge would have been arson.

There is currently no suspect in the case.
