A man in his 55s is being taken care of under the LOB, the Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons, after having lain and slept on a bench.

The man had a bicycle with him, which we suspect is not his, and he is therefore suspected of theft.

He is also suspected of minor narcotics offenses through personal use.
