The tractor is lying on its side in the ditch and a man has been taken to the hospital for examination, the man complained of pain.

The area was very slippery and anti-skid measures were ordered. 
Rescuers were also called to the scene.

The patrol has documented the accident site and the investigative measures taken have led to a lack of reason to assume that a criminal offense is the basis for the accident occurring. In consideration of this, a report on a traffic accident without suspicion of a crime will be filed.
