Burglary at construction site
At 22:30, police were alerted to a ongoing burglary at a construction site in Finninge, Strängnäs. It is believed that several people were seen by security guards filling sacks with tools. Someone also allegedly broke open a container door at the site. Police are currently in the area with several units to search for potential perpetrators. Several individuals have been checked without incident. No suspect has been found at the construction site. Later, they worked to secure evidence and information at the crime scene. During the night, the crime scene investigation was completed and a report has been filed regarding theft through burglary. Exactly what was taken is still unclear. No one is suspected.
