Police receive a call about a threatening man who is standing and screaming in a stairwell outside a residential door. The man is trying to get into the apartment where his ex-girlfriend lives and is verbally threatening her.

When the police arrive at the scene, the man has left and the police are conducting an interrogation with the victim. A report of illegal threats and harassment is drawn up on the spot. 

The police are searching for the man in the area but cannot find him.
