The police receive information that a person is suspected of having dragged another person out of a car on Östermalm. In connection with the incident, the person in the car is also threatened. Several patrols are alerted to the location and find there a man in his early twenties who is detained.

A complaint about theft of a means of transportation and assault in a legal process is drawn up.
