Good morning! During the night between Saturday and Sunday, the regional police headquarters east handled over 80 cases related to Jönköping County.

23:12 Öster City, Jönköping 

A driver crashed into a lamppost after first colliding with another vehicle. No one was injured in the accident. One of the drivers, a woman in her early twenties, received a fine for not adjusting the distance to another vehicle. 

23:30 centrala Tranås 

A person is suspected of assaulting a public official after an incident that occurred in connection with a pub environment. This happened when a security guard intervened and the person used violence against him. The security guard was not seriously injured. 

The suspect is a man in his mid-thirties. He was taken into custody by police patrol due to the law on taking into custody intoxicated persons. A report of assault on a public official has been filed. 

01:54 Bredaryd 

A business in Bredaryd has been burgled during the night. When security guards arrived at the scene, it was found that someone or several people had broken open a door and entered. Goods worth a significant amount are believed to have been stolen. No one has yet been arrested as a suspect.
