A person who has been taken into care due to intoxication dies.
An adult person who has been taken into care due to intoxication with support in the LOB (Act on the Taking into Care of Intoxicated Persons) is driven to hospital by a patrol. When one is on E4 near Järva pub, the person becomes aggressive and a commotion arises in the patrol car. The patrol requests priority (alarms the situation) and stops. More patrols join the location but the person taken into care has become lifeless and the police begins HLR. A few minutes later, the person is taken over by healthcare and is taken to hospital where the person dies. Special investigations (SU) have been contacted and will investigate the event suspected of service failure. Questions about the investigation are answered by SU and not by the Stockholm Police Region.
