The police receive information that a car is said to have collided with a person on an electric bicycle. A patrol is alerted to the address where several witnesses have seen the incident. The accident does not result in any initial personal injuries. In connection with the incident, the driver of the car leaves the scene.

Based on witness statements, the police can identify an address. The patrol proceeds to the address and there they find a man in his 85-year-old age who matches the descriptions from the witness statements.

The man is questioned and a report on unauthorized departure from a traffic accident site is drawn up.
