Police are contacted by the public who have seen a person found at the storage rooms in a multi-family house in the Pettersberg area in Västerås municipality.

The man, who is in his 35-year-old age, is allegedly said to have cut the locks to several storage rooms.

A patrol is ordered to the address and upon arrival, the man is found on the scene.

It appears that nothing has been stolen from the storage rooms. A patrol establishes a report regarding attempted theft through break-in and minor narcotics offense for personal use with the man found as suspected.
