Bergnäset, police are alerted to a drunk man who is ringing doorbells in a residential area.
The police head to the location and find the man, who is in his 35-year-old. It is assessed that he is too intoxicated to be able to take care of himself. He is therefore taken into custody according to the LOB (Act on the Detention of Intoxicated Persons).
