The man is supposed to have been located outside an address and behaved in a way that can be perceived as threatening to those present. The police go to the location and find the man. He is apprehended, suspected of vandalism and gross unlawful threats. The police conduct an interrogation and document the damage to the door. No personal injuries have been reported in connection with the incident. A report is drawn up.
