Police receive an alarm that people are acting suspiciously in Navestad in Norrköping and head to the location. One of the people evades on an electric bike but is found a short time later in the vicinity. Two others remain at a car that the person is suspected to have arrived at the location in. After some investigative work, it is determined that one of the people, a man in his 30s, is suspected of gross unauthorized driving and unauthorized handling of the aforementioned vehicle. The vehicle is collected by its owner.
