Police alarm due to several calls to Gyllenstiernsgatan where a larger loose dog attacked and injured another smaller dog. 
When the police arrive at the scene, private individuals have managed to catch and secure the loose dog. The injured dog is at an animal hospital with its owner.
Police are still on the scene with the (former) loose dog for over two hours before they get in touch with the owner. At that point, a decision has already been made to let the dog be taken into custody as it is aggressive and makes attacks. 
A report is written about a crime against the law on supervision of dogs and cats.
