A caller has observed that it is burning on a balcony belonging to a villa.

When the rescue services arrive at the scene, the fire has spread to the building and divers search the apartment, but no human is found.

The police write a report on arson for the purpose of investigating the cause of the fire.

There is no suspect in the case.
