According to the complainant, several loud explosions have been heard in the area, Police are being sent to the location where a man is found injured inside a restaurant.

The location is cordoned off.

Update: A man is being taken to hospital by ambulance, unclear extent of injuries. Several patrols and a dog are searching the area for suspected perpetrators.
