A person contacts the police after having observed a moped that he suspects is stolen. 

The patrol goes to the location to check the vehicle and it turns out that the moped is the stolen one that is being sought.

The police contact the owner and inform him that the moped has been found.

The patrol draws up an additional report and cancels the current vehicle.
