A person has been taken to hospital by ambulance, awake and able to speak. No information on life-threatening injuries.

It is said to be completely blocked on the road section. A police patrol is moving the van to allow traffic to be released somewhere. This is expected to happen around 07:20. Heavy-duty equipment has been ordered to the scene for the truck.

Police have left and traffic can now pass freely past the accident site. The incident is being investigated as reckless driving.
